  Attending the Festival

Re-entry/Ins & Outs
3-Day ticket holders must exchange their ticket/PrintPass for a 3-Day wristband and are allowed to re-enter the grounds during the Festival

Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the Festival.

Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced. They cannot be removed and must be worn all three days to allow entry. Please don't remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry (and that will make us sad). If the wristband is tampered with or mangled it can not be replaced.

Watch this nifty instructional video to have the optimal wristband wearing experience: "Putting on Wristbands: Friends Helping Friends"

Single day ticket holders will not be allowed to re-enter the Festival. You must pass through security each time you enter.

Event takes place rain or shine.

Allowed/Prohibited items
Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

For a list of allowed and prohibited items in the park, please click here.

Disability Access/Accommodations
For information regarding accessible services in the park, please click here.

ADA Parking

Cash and Credit Cards
If contemplating what monetary currency to bring, consider the following facts:
There are ATMs at several locations throughout the festival grounds with applicable service fees. Some vendors accept credit cards (such as the Festival's Merchandise tent), but not all. Also, remember to keep your valuables safe and secure! The most popular items turned in at Lost and Found are credit cards, ids, and wallets.

Security & Safety
We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment on the Festival grounds. On-site security will be provided by the Austin Police Department, the Parks & Recreation Department police, and a private security company.

Emergency medical staff will be available on site. If you need any assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a police officer or Festival staff member.

Tag-A-Kid
Coming to the festival with a youngster in tow? Take advantage of our free Tag-a-Kid service. Stop by the Tag-a-Kid booth where we will take down your contact information and give your child a specially numbered wristband. Should the two of you get separated, we'll have a way to reconnect you.

Lost & Found
During the Festival, look for lost items at the Lost & Found booth on site. After the Festival, you can inquire about lost items at www.aclfestival.com/lost. Valuables will be held for 30 days and then given to a local charity. C3 Presents will not be held liable for any unclaimed items.
